Property Details
18,000 s.f. metal over metal re-roof to an existing metal roof system. This Butler MR-24 metal over metal application included 4″ of insulation increasing the current R-value for energy efficiencies. The Butler roof system is a 24 gauge Pittsburg double lock standing machine seamed roof system with full 360-degree mechanically turned metal seams with limited exposed fasteners. This system stands above the rest in the metal building industry and is exclusive to Butler Manufacturing, our building supplier.
