Property Details

The project is a 17,600 s.f. addition which almost doubles the size of their existing facility.

The addition will feature a MR-24 standing seam metal roof, Butler Shadowall wall system, crane rail system, overhead doors, expansion of sprinkler system, new HVAC and hi-bay lighting.

Site work includes development of 1.1 acre, with demolition of existing site structure and slabs.
