Repair/replace the existing siding, roof coating, paint the exterior, add new coiling overhead doors, pit leveler and new dock door, build a new office, restrooms, showers, break room in the existing warehouse, wash bay, trench drains, new lighting and electric in the warehouse, unit heaters, new service to the building, sewers, water, electric. Fence replacement/repairs, demo site utilities, new asphalt paving.
