Our subcontractors consistently provide economical pricing when bidding on our jobs because they know we will pay them on time, every time.
- Only top-performing subcontractors make the cut. Having been in business for many years, Lichtefeld Inc. has eliminated mediocre subcontractors, choosing only the industry’s most value-driven and quality-conscious tradespeople. Quality should be the only priority when constructing a facility of great importance, such as your new metal buildings.
- Priority order status with Butler Manufacturing. Lichtefeld, Inc. also holds Butler Manufacturing’s ‘Master Order Writer Designation.’ Among the three local Butler representatives, Lichtefeld’s building orders take precedence over the others in terms of order expediency. We guarantee quicker deliveries compared to conventional steel methods as well.
- Butler buildings are proven and certified. Butler Manufacturing is the only systems building manufacturer with ISO 9001 certification and meets the National Hurricane Test Laboratory’s stringent soundness criteria. The National Hurricane Test Laboratory built a Butler building for its test center.
- We offer an industry-leading warranty. Due to our confidence in qualified subcontractors and quality workmanship, Lichtefeld Inc. offers a two-year labor and material warranty against defects following material specifications, surpassing the typical one-year warranty from competitors.
- Emergency hotline available 24/7. For emergencies, we maintain a 24-hour hotline. If a water pipe breaks or a window is damaged, we are available at (502) 643-4411.
- No union fees with open shop status. Lichtefeld Inc. operates as an open shop general contractor, meaning you pay no union fees, dues, or union wage scales. We have in-house building designers, as well as electrical and mechanical designers. With our design-build services, you deal with one entity to manage all your design needs: permitting, civil engineering, architectural, structural engineering, environmental engineering, electrical and mechanical design, and interior design and decorating.
