Property Details
Lichtefeld was hired to renovate an existing All About Kids facility. Owner will lease 4,600 s.f. to the gym concept, AnyTime fitness gym. Lichtefeld, Inc was hired to demo and renovate the current space to a new Anytime fitness concept. Work included drywall, paint, studs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpet, tiles, and special construction. Plans, permitting, and design was handled by and collaborated with AnyTime fitness.
