Property Details

Original project built in 2016 was 7,887 s.f. for equine hospital handling surgery and rehab for horses. This addition expands the business (2,300 s.f.) to a small animal vet clinic with 1o exam rooms, two comfort exam rooms, an admin area, and retail area. The clinic will handle dogs cats, pigs, lamas, alpacas, goats, etc. This is a wood framed addition structure with brick veneer, stone veneer, siding, double hung insulated windows, aluminum store front glass doors, shingled roof, and minimal parking rework.
