The super structure is custom engineered by Butler Manufacturing. The roof is 24 gage standing machine seamed Pittsburgh double lock, full 360 degrees hidden fastener galvalume system. The facade is metal studs, sheathing, brick, external insulated finish systems, storefront glass, windows and doors.
The restaurant was a build-out by Lichtefeld, Inc.
The building was a spec. building for the Subway Franchise.
