Primary steel, landmark 2000, 50′ x 50′ bays, 30′ clear height facility. 52 docks, 4 drive in doors, four corner storefront glass entrances, cross docking, expressway visibility, Butler MR-24 standing machine seamed pittsburg double lock hidden fastener 24 gage roof system. R-20 insulation. ESFR sprinkler system, 4,000 amp 277/480 volt service available. 3,500 s.f. of office space, 7.5″ concrete tilt wall facades’, built as a spec. building. Hillsdale moved in Oct. 2008.
