Property Details

A new 12,000 s.f. cylinder tank storage building is being constructed on existing property. New offices (1,600 s.f.) and warehouse area (10,400 s.f.) will provide for filling gas supply stations. The project is a custom-engineered Butler metal building with MR-24 standing seam roof. This building will serve as a storage and cylinder filling facility. It will have an expanded driveway, yard storage & expanded parking with heavy duty asphalt. There will be loading docks on either side of the building. Lichtefeld, Inc. will coordinate relocation of existing gas storage tanks with client during construction and while in operation.
