Property Details
3600 sf courtyard infill project and interior remodel. This project serves as a gym/multipurpose facility. The project was challenging as the entire project had to be built through a 6′ x 7′ double door tunnel through the existing building. The project was built while the church school was in operation.
The project included an interior mezzanine, classrooms, class room remodels, a raised roof with high wall lights allowing natural light in the building. the existing parameter double sloped roofs were dismantled and reworked to become single sloped roofs off of the infill building addition.
