6,000 s.f. of new pitched roof to redirect water to circumvent a valley gutter situation. Lichtefeld, Inc. designed a re-roof section keeping the same pitch of the current roof turning a double-slope roof into a single-sloped roof. The photos here with tell it all. You’ll see that we added a light gauge framing structure to the existing roof and created a single-sloped condition against a new building addition also designed and built by Lichtefeld, Inc.
