Lichtefeld, Inc. is providing design build services for interior and exterior remodel work for Isopure. Isopure is moving its operation from Simpsonville to Louisville. The owner has bought the old Kenmark building. Isopure is scheduled to open in October in their new facility.
The remodel includes but not limited to; interior office additions, 250′ of masonry demising wall, exterior seal coating of all masonry block, overhead door installations, dock installations, test pit work, new water service, new compressor room work, new break room, new cubicle area, new exterior ramps, Reworked HVAC, reworked plumbing, reworked lighting and electricity, various demolition items, mezzanine installations, interior painting of all exposed block walls, parking lot renovations, dock well installations, dock leveler installations, flooring work, saw cutting concrete floors and new finishes inside.
