350,000 s.f. interior fit-up and remodel for Rooker and Associates.
Exterior: Caulk tilt walls, re-paint, fix gutters, downspouts, replace steps, fix ducts, fixed parking lot and serviced exterior lights.
Interior: Added walls and drywall, fixed HVAC, repaired lights, repainted all, replaced lights, carpet, VCT and built up roof repairs. Warehouse slab repairs and overhead door repairs.
