This Medical office building (MOB) for medical practices is located at the SW corner of Floyd and Broadway in Louisville, Ky. The end user will be for special needs pediatric medical services. This was an interior demolition and remodel of the entire facility. Remove walls, ceilings, insulation, electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, rework all for new operational layout. Fit up all new finishes for new floor plan.
