11,867 s.f. complete interior demolition and remodel. Doctor’s office in conjunction with visiting specialist offices were installed within space. Total interior demolition of (2) existing units down to the shell and rebuild as (1) office. Relocate (1) existing electrical service and eliminate the other. Replace (5) existing roof top units and add (1) new unit. Renovation to result in (22) exam rooms, doctor’s offices, nurse stations, x-ray room, lab, and various procedure rooms. All plumbing reworked and all electrical reworked to meet the new plan requirements.
