Property Details

7,940 s.f. complete gut and remodel of a tenant rental space in an existing building. The building is brick/block & bar joist, roof is EPDM, extensive concrete removal & replacement for plumbing lines and other work as follows:

Concrete: Interior in-fill

Doors: Painted solid core wood

Painting: Interior Only

Flooring: Vinyl plank, carpet tiles, & walk-off carpet tiles

Misc: Wall & corner protection, minor casework

Mechanical: RTU’s are existing, some new duct, controls, etc. Add 2 small systems

Electric: Modify existing panel, new lights, devices, etc.

Sprinkler: Modify existing system per new floor plan
