Property Details

This project is a 3,800 s.f. building addition to and existing Ken Towery auto store. This building addition will complete a 12,000 s.f., under roof retail center for Real Properties, LLC. There will be a glass blowing company, Italian restaurant in the space as well as 1,500 s.f. of vacant space for future tenant. The addition is a Butler building with MR-24 standing machine seamed roof, Butler wall panels, storefront glass, brick work, Drivit work, and all interior finishes.
