18,000 s.f. total office/maintenance facility. 8,000 s.f. office, 10,000 s.f. maintenance. This is a Butler wide span building with an MR-24 roof system and a BR-II wall system. The facility will also be equipped with a maintenance pit as well as a wash bay. Designed by Lichtefeld, Inc. and Berry-Prindle Architects. Engineered by Butler Manufacturing and AGR Engineering.
