This 15,000 s.f. fire station was a hard bid invitation only. Lichtefeld, Inc. won the bid on the open market. The super structure is by Butler Manufacturing. The roof is Butler’s state of the art MR-24 standing machine seamed roof system. The walls are 8″ masonry/wainscot up to 12′, fluted masonry, metal R-panel, storefront glass, storefront windows, glass overhead doors and full height masonry at the entrance of the building. The parking lot is 1/2 asphalt paving.
