Property Details
Automotive service facility. 4,000 s.f. total, 800 s.f. office and 3,200 s.f. garage. The building is a Butler steel structural system with a MR-24 standing machine seamed roof system. It has a Butler Texture Cote wall system. Other materials used were block, store front glass, metal studs, mansard facade with lighted texcote panels. Designed by Lichtefeld, Inc. and Berry Prindle Architects. Engineered by Butler Manufacturing and Milestone Engineering.
