17,500 s.f. new construction of a 2 story masonry facility designed to house the boilers, chillers, emergency generators, and maintenance staff for Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. The facility will be a structural steel frame with block veneer, concrete roof subdeck with a fully adhered single ply membrane roof. The first floor will house the systems vital to providing HVAC and power for the complex. Office space, workshops, and staff areas will be located at the second floor. The facility will be equipped with an elevator and ADA ramps for accessibility of staff members and visitors.
Lichtefeld, Inc. won the hard bid contract and is teamed up with the Trane Company.
