Property Details

This manufacturing facility was designed for mostly dry good storage. The business makes food products for the spice industry, corn meal, flower cooking mixes, syrups, and different type additives for macaroni and cheese, spice additives for different foods in the industry. The project is a 9,000 s.f. Butler custom metal building addition with metal wall panels, light panels, drive-in doors, docks, lighting, heating, and air conditioning. The project was designed and built by Lichtefeld, Inc. partnered with Berry Prindle Architects.
