Property Details
This 4,500 s.f. restaurant was a hard bid rebuild of the original Chick Inn restaurant which burned down in 2000. Base construction is wood framed, plywood decked roof, insulation sheathing, hardy plank siding, wood windows, wood floors and drywall/wainscot bead board interior walls. The restaurant had to be built above the flood plain this time around.
The restaurant was designed by Houston Jones.
