This building is conventionally constructed. Custom engineered superstructure with beam and post primary structurals, bar joist metal deck on 2nd floor, poured in pan concrete floors, steel stairs with poured in pan risers. The roof is also beam and post primary structurals with bar joist metal deck subbase with EPDM roof systems.
The exterior is made of metal studs, sheathing, exterior insulated finish systems, aluminum insulated storefront glass windows and doors.
