Property Details

This 48′ x 124′ x 30′ Butler building is an addition to the current 32,000 s.f. building. The 6,200 s.f. addition will provide five truck mechanic bays for retro fitting military vehicles to all-wheel terrain trucks. the Butler building will have two 5-ton bridge cranes spanning across all five bays. The garage will be heated, lighted with plenty of ventilation. The roof will be a Butler MR-24 standing machine seamed roof system with R-30 insulation. The walls will be 2.5″ Thermo wall insulated metal panels. There will be exterior architectural features to meet the Eastpoint Business Center Park requirements.
