The building is a custom metal building by Butler Mfg. and has masonry block wainscot facades, store front glass windows, metal panel walls, metal pedestrian doors, Overhead doors for the shop, MR-24 standing machine seamed roof, 25 year warranty, all insulated to meet code.
The project is designed and built by Lichtefeld, Inc. partnered with Berry Prindle and Butler Mfg.
