Lichtefeld, Inc. is designing and providing the Butler manufactured super structure, MR-24 standing machine seamed roof system, conventional steel structure, mezzanine structure, and canopies for Severns Valley via the design build general contractor, Visioneering. This project is approximately 41,000 s.f. and will have interior remodel work to be done as well.
Lichtefeld, Inc. will install the sanctuary area first with the mezzanine, then the conventional add-ons will take place.
Lichtefeld, Inc. worked with Visioneering’s design build team on a collaborative panel to provide the design and steel package for this project.
