150,000 s.f. distribution center. 200′ x 750′ x 30′. This a Butler structure custom metal building system with MR-=24 standing machine seamed roof system, R-30 in the roof, 25 year warranty on the standing machine seamed roof system. The project has 7.25 inch thick tilt walls, store front glass systems, 50′ x 50′ bays, truck docks with levelers, dock lights, dock seals, a truck court, 3500 sf of office area. This was a build to suit lease back with option to purchase. Victory Packaging did purchase the property.
